Uga is situated approximately two kilometers from Yaisa. Uga is famous for it’s fresh salmon.
Ahumaderia de Uga (Smokery of Uga) is situated on the main road between Yaisa and Puerto Calero.
The salmon is imported from Norway and Scotland, it is then gutted and salted before being smoked for two days in a wood oven.
