Q. How far from the airport is the accommodation?
A. The accommodation is 11 kilometers from Arrecife airport.

Q. How much does it cost in a taxi to the accommodation?
A. The cost of a taxi is in the region of 15 euros.

Q. Do we need to bring anything with us, towels, linen ect?
A. We supply all linen and towels for the accommodation, but you do need to
bring your own beach towels.

Q. How do we pay for our accommodation, do we have to pay a deposit?
A. You can pay by Paypal, cheque or we can arrange for you to pay on your
arrival at the accommodation, in Euros. We Usually ask for a deposit of £50.00
with the balance to be paid one month prior to departure unless you are paying
at the accommodation on your arrival.

Q. Is there anything that we have to pay for as extras?
A. No everything is included in the accommodation. Does not include meals.

Q. Is the accommodation suitable for wheelchairs?
A. No there are steps into the complex and within the complex.

Q. Do we need travel insurance?
Yes it is most important that you take out adequate travel insurance.

Q. Is there a reception on the complex?
A. Yes the reception is open from 10.00hrs to 14.00hrs, Closed on Sundays.

Q. How far is it to the beach?
A. The nearest beach is Playa Chica, this beach is approximately a ten minute
walk.
